About the role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Assistant to join our team. This full-time role is based in the North-East Region and will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Process taxi bookings, handle taxi related enquiries.
  • Perform Service Recovery for Taxi and Bus Operations
  • Attend to level 1 customer service feedback, complaint and lost & found matters from the respective stakeholders
  • Liaise with authorities, building owners and hotels on mass taxi bookings and bus operations
  • Perform adhoc tasks as assigned by the superior (s)
  • Open to work 12 hours shift with rotating Day and Night patterns including weekends and public holiday

What we're looking for

  • Possess good interpersonal and hearing skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and independently
  • Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role is preferred
  • A positive attitude and a willingness to go the extra mile for our customers
