Customer Service Officer

Location: Jurong
5 days (Rotational Basis)
8.30am - 6.00pm
Basic Salary: $2400 - $2700

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone, email, and chat.

• Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.

• Provide product information and support using strong product knowledge.

• Resolve customer issues while maintaining positive relationships.

• Record all customer interactions in the CRM system.

• Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs.

• Collect and report customer feedback for improvements.

• Identify and help resolve recurring customer issues.
