A leading company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Officer to handle inquiries, process orders, and support customers via multiple communication channels. This role requires strong customer-service orientation and good communication skills. Customer Service Officer
Location: Jurong
5 days (Rotational Basis)
8.30am - 6.00pm
Basic Salary: $2400 - $2700
Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries, orders, and complaints via phone, email, and chat.
Process orders accurately and ensure timely delivery.
Provide product information and support using strong product knowledge.
Resolve customer issues while maintaining positive relationships.
Record all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with internal teams to address customer needs.
Collect and report customer feedback for improvements.
Identify and help resolve recurring customer issues.
