Job Description
- Respond to customer inquiries via calls or emails, providing timely and professional assistance to new and existing customers
- Actively listen to customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction
- Develop a thorough understanding of company services to provide accurate information and address customer concerns effectively
- Maintain and update customer databases and records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
- Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience
- Liaise with regulatory authorities to facilitate cargo documentation clearance
- Support the permit declaration process as needed
Job Requirement
- Minimum qualification of GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent. Candidates with relevant qualifications or experience are encouraged to apply
- Prior experience in customer service or logistics (1 year or more) is an advantage, but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in computer skills, with knowledge of customer service software (e.g., CargoERP, Portnet, TradeWeb) being a plus
- Detail-oriented, independent, and proactive with a willingness to learn
