Job Description

  • Respond to customer inquiries via calls or emails, providing timely and professional assistance to new and existing customers
  • Actively listen to customer feedback, identify areas for improvement, and ensure customer satisfaction
  • Develop a thorough understanding of company services to provide accurate information and address customer concerns effectively
  • Maintain and update customer databases and records, ensuring all information is accurate and up to date
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure a seamless and efficient customer experience
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities to facilitate cargo documentation clearance
  • Support the permit declaration process as needed

Job Requirement

  • Minimum qualification of GCE 'O' Levels, Diploma, or equivalent. Candidates with relevant qualifications or experience are encouraged to apply
  • Prior experience in customer service or logistics (1 year or more) is an advantage, but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with customers and stakeholders effectively
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficient in computer skills, with knowledge of customer service software (e.g., CargoERP, Portnet, TradeWeb) being a plus
  • Detail-oriented, independent, and proactive with a willingness to learn
  • 5.5-day work week. Transportation and lunch provided.
