Job Description
Provide sales support to Internal and External parties
Respond and process incoming enquiries and orders
Prepare orders, invoices, delivery order, etc
Interact and communicate with customers to establish relationship
Perform administrative duties
Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by immediate superior
Requirements
Customer Service to provide customer care to Chinese speaking customer groups. Knowledge of Mandarin dialect is essential
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Positive attitude, enthusiastic to learn and a team player
Able to commence work on a short notice will be an added advantage
