Job Description
- Attend to walk-in customers in the service centre.
- Handle customer enquiries and feedback.
- Respond to customer emails, calls, and messages, ensuring that all issues are resolved or escalated appropriately.
- Arrange motorcycle servicing and repairs appointment for customers via online booking, WhatsApp, and phone calls.
- Assist customers on insurance and warranty claims.
- Prepare job cards for servicing and repairs of motorcycles.
- Maintain customers’ personal data and service record in the SAP system.
- Any other duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements
- GCE ‘O” Level and above.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in customer service.
- Knowledge of SAP will be advantageous.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Service-oriented mindset with an ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure.
- A team player with ability to work independently.
Working Hours and Location
- 5.5 days (Alternate Saturday Off)
- Monday to Friday, 9.00am to 5.30pm / Saturday, 9.00am to 1.00pm
