What you'll be doing
  • Customer liaison: Act as a key point of contact, providing product and service information while efficiently resolving customer issues.
  • Operational management: Oversee end-to-end operations, logistics, and sales support to ensure smooth business processes.
  • Cross-departmental collaboration: Work closely with Sales, Regulatory, Procurement, Production, and Finance teams to fulfill customer orders effectively.
  • Resource coordination: Plan, organize, and control all necessary resources to carry out efficient operations.
  • Process improvement: Proactively review and seek improvements to current operational procedures.
  • Administrative support: Perform various administrative duties as assigned to support overall team efficiency.
