Assign and follow up on repair jobs with technicians.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide service updates.
Perform general administrative tasks.
Assist with accounts payable and other duties as assigned by the manager.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic knowledge of administrative and accounting procedures (training provided).
Ability to multitask and work independently.
