We're seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Customer Service (AR Billing) Executive to provide administrative support to our sales team, ensure excellent client service, and attend to clients at the retail level. You'll be responsible for managing day-to-day tasks, coordinating sales activities, and building strong relationships with clients.

You will be supporting in:


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the sales team, including preparing sales

documents, managing schedules, and maintaining accurate records.

  • Prepare and process sales quotations, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Attend to clients at the retail level, taking orders and providing excellent customer

service.

  • Manage and coordinate sales-related activities, such as meetings, appointments, and

follow-ups.

  • Attend to client inquiries, respond to phone calls and emails, and ensure prompt

resolution of client issues.

  • Coordinate deliveries to customers, ensuring timely and efficient logistics.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client information, including contact details and

sales history.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless communication and effective

sales processes.

  • Perform other tasks as assigned by the Sales Manager/Business Manager.
