Job summary

A leading fragrance company in Singapore is seeking a Customer Service Executive cum Raw Material Planner. You will manage customer accounts and handle raw material replenishment. The ideal candidate should hold a diploma in Supply Chain Management with at least 2 years of relevant experience in the fragrance industry. Strong skills in MRP and MS Office, especially Excel, are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma holder, preferably in Supply Chain Management.
• At least 2 years of experience in the Fragrance and Flavour industry.
• Familiar with inventory management software and MRP.

Responsibilities

• Manage Business Partner system.
• Handle ASCO customer accounts.
• Liaise with customers on shipment of orders.

Job Responsibilities

As Customer Service Executive cum Raw Material Planner, your responsibilities are:

- manage Business Partner system

• key-in product samples from customers
• key-in customer Purchase Order
• key-in new project and/or brief
• extract sample offer for submission to sales agent
• register new products
• validate sales agent commission

- handle ASCO customer accounts

- collate documents (Technical Data Sheet / sample offer) on product samples for

submission to sales agent

- submit samples to sales agent via DHL / Fedex

- filing of documents

- data entry into Excel spreadsheet on sample procedures

- liaise with customers on shipment of orders

- handle replenishment of raw materials

Job Requirements

- minimum Diploma holder, preferably in Supply Chain Management, logistics

management

- minimum 2 years of relevant experience preferably in Fragrance and Flavour

industry

- familiar with inventory management software system and good working knowledge

of material requirements planning (MRP)

- compenent in MS Office, especially Excel

- meticulous with data and figures

- strong organisational and communication skills

- team player with good interpersonal skills
