We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Customer Service and Fulfillment Assistant to support the demand and growth of the E-commerce businesses. You will create and enhance the customer after-sales experience through complete service in customer support and fulfillment.

Technical requirements include proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for both Google Docs and Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction, and work well with multiple teams. In addition to having first-class written and verbal communication skills in English, this Customer Service and Fulfillment Officer will be able to close job and support tickets completely and quickly. Knowledge of social media and design tools such as Photoshop is a plus.
