Cantley LifeCare has developed a number of innovative and fast-growing E-commerce businesses including SeniorCare, HoneyCity, and PetFoodCare.

We are looking for a smart, results-oriented Customer Service and Fulfillment Assistant to support the demand and growth of the E-commerce businesses. You will create and enhance the customer after-sales experience through complete service in customer support and fulfillment.

As a Customer Service and Fulfillment Officer, you will:

  1. Assist in closing all customer support tickets through our multiple communication channels, including walk-in customers, phone calls, and emails.
  2. Perform fulfillment duties such as preparing orders to be shipped out, arranging for logistics, purchasing new inventory, and managing the warehousing for inbound inventory.

There will also be opportunities for career advancement into a management position or job role rotation into digital marketing, design, and business development.

Technical requirements include proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for both Google Docs and Microsoft Office. The successful candidate will be detail-oriented, organized, capable of handling multiple projects at once, able to take direction, and work well with multiple teams. In addition to having first-class written and verbal communication skills in English, this Customer Service and Fulfillment Officer will be able to close job and support tickets completely and quickly. Knowledge of social media and design tools such as Photoshop is a plus.
