We are on the lookout for multiple positions in our Admin as well as our Associate HR departments. These departments play a vital part in our agency's operations and ensures that our agency continues to thrive as we continue to grow.

As part of the Admin or Associate HR teams, you will play a key role in supporting both the day-to-day operations and the agents who make our agency what it is. Whether it’s ensuring that documents are in order, following up with agents, or lending support during events, you’ll be at the heart of what makes us a top tier real estate agency.

This role is ideal for individuals who take pride in being service-oriented, organised, and enjoy working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Attending to enquiries in person, over the phone and through email
  • Maintain proper organisation of sensitive documents
  • Communicating and following up with clients
  • Data entry and ensuring data integrity
