A logistics company in Singapore is looking for an ADMIN cum COORDINATOR to manage daily administrative tasks and coordinate logistics operations efficiently. Candidates should possess communication skills and experience in the logistics or customer service industry to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
ADMIN cum COORDINATOR
Location: Pandan area
Working hours: 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
1. Handle daily administrative work such as order processing, delivery order sorting, and filing.
2. Coordinate with the supervisors for job arrangement, customer queries, and delivery scheduling.
3. Assist drivers in releasing and receiving goods, such as counting/tallying goods and paperwork.
4. Ad-hoc duty assigned by the superior.
Requirement:
1. At least 1 year of experience in the logistics/customer service industry.
2. Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
3. Good communication skills.
4. Fit to handle some cargo.
5. Willing to communicate with customers and internal through WhatsApp and WeChat.
CUSTOMER SERVICE/ADMIN
Location: Aljunied
Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday
Job Description:
1. Day-to-day general administrative work
2. Handle Driver/customer inquiries promptly(WhatsApp/WeChat)
3. Handle order processing
4. Generate invoices and take in vendor invoices
5. Prepare reports
5. Other ad-hoc duties/ tasks when assigned
Requirement:
1. Oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
2. Good communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills to coordinate with all levels.
3. Strong organisational skills, capable of multitasking, and prioritizing workload effectively in a fast-paced environment.
4. Willing to communicate with customers and internal through WhatsApp and WeChat.
5. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
6. A candidate with shipping experience adds advantages.
