The 67 Pall Mall Customer Service Ambassador will greet and welcome guests and Members appropriately, guiding them correctly to their desired destination.
Key areas of responsibility
Understanding of the booking system to confidently make reservations for the Members.
Confident communication via phone, email, or in person.
Polite and friendly greeting of incoming guests.
Showing the guests to their table once it is ready, seat them.
Ability to liaise between the diners and other members of the staff to ensure the customer receives satisfying service.
Drawing up booking schedule sheets
Completing daily reports
Minor cleaning duties of the reception area.
Requirements
Good customer service skills, honesty, and reliability.
Previous experience of working with the public, particularly in a customer service role.
Have a polite and helpful manner.
Have a smart personal appearance.
Be well organized.
Be reliable and responsible.
Use initiative for recognizing when additional tasks need to be done.
Can work well alone and in a team.
Can deal with busy times calmly and professionally.
