A leading company in the aviation sector is seeking a Customer Service Agent for Changi Airport. The role involves greeting passengers, assisting travelers, and providing exceptional service in airport lounges. An ideal candidate should be friendly, service-oriented, and proficient in multiple languages.
Customer Service Agent – Changi Airport
Location: Changi Airport Terminals
Workday: 6-day work week, rotating shifts
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and check in passengers
Assist travelers with special needs
Deliver top-tier service in premier airport lounges
Manage buffet presentation and reception meet-and-greet
Perform basic system transactions
Requirements:
Singaporeans/PRs only
Proficient in English + one other language
Friendly, service-oriented, and adaptable
Willing to go the extra mile to delight customers
Compensation:
Starting Salary: $2000 - $2600 (Based on Education & Experience)
Shift allowance & OT: ~$200 (pre-confirmation), ~$200–$500 (post-confirmation)
