Passionate and customer-focused individuals are welcome to join our team as Passenger Service Officers at Changi Airport! In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to passengers from check-in through departure.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Delivering a positive and memorable experience for every passenger.
2. Managing check-in procedures and welcoming passengers as they arrive.
3. Ensure the departure process is seamless and efficient for all travelers.
4. Support passengers with special needs, offering dedicated assistance as required.
5. Delivering customer service in premium lounges at Changi Airport.
