Job description

Job summary:

• Permanent role - Customer Service Executive

• Basic up to $3800

• Entitled AWS + VB

• 5.5 Days, office hour

• Working location at East region

• Company transport is provided (Designated pickup point)

Job scope:

• Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally and promptly.

• Coordinate full air export shipments, including booking, documentation, and compliance with IATA and AED regulations.

• Liaise with internal teams, clients, and overseas agents to ensure smooth operations and on-time delivery.

• Monitor shipment status, update clients, and escalate delays or discrepancies as needed.

• Ensure accurate data entry, job file closure, and adherence to customer SOPs and KPIs.

• Provide quotations, resolve invoice issues, and support cross-team operations and ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ levels

• 1-2 years customer service-related experience. Experience in freight-forwarding(airfreight) is advantageous
