Job Responsibilities

• Checking-in, greeting passengers upon their arrival and ensuring a smooth departure process.

• Tasked to assist passengers with special needs or provide customer service in exclusive premier lounges at Changi Airport.

• Responsible for buffet table presentations; you also handle meet/greet services at the reception area and perform basic computerized transactions.
