Job description

Customer Service Agent, Live Chat/Emails/Calls (6/12 months contract)

Mon-Fri: 9am-6pm (Occasional OT expected)

Job Scope:

  • Handle customer interactions via live chat, email, and phone calls, providing prompt, professional, and courteous support.
  • Document and update records accurately in the CRM system to ensure seamless tracking of customer inquiries and resolutions.
  • Provide clear and consistent responses across all channels, ensuring accurate information and a positive customer experience.
  • Follow up proactively on outstanding issues, keeping customers informed and ensuring timely resolution.
  • Escalate complex cases involving technical issues or policy-related concerns to the appropriate teams for further assistance.
  • Process service requests efficiently, including account updates, policy details, payments, and beneficiary changes while ensuring compliance.

Requirements:

  • Preferably ‘A’ Levels/Diploma/Degree holder with relevant working experience, preferably in the insurance/banking field
  • Knowledge of insurance products and services is an advantage.
  • Clear and professional verbal and written communication.
  • Works well in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
  • Singaporeans only
