Job description

Position: Customer Service Agent / Customer Service Officer

Basic: $1700-$2500

Working Date & Time: 6 days, Rotating Shift

Working Location: Changi Airport Terminals

Benefit: 12 days AL, $200-$500 Shift Allowance, OT Allowance, AWS, Performance Bonus, Joining Bonus, Staff Transport

(Transport provided for staff working midnight)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee daily operations to ensure smooth passenger handling and service excellence.

  • Guide, train, and motivate staff while maintaining high standards in service, grooming, and discipline.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and SOPs from airlines, airport authorities, and the company.

  • Support Duty Manager in team deployment and operational needs.

  • Greet, check in, and assist passengers—including those with special needs—ensuring a smooth departure experience.

  • Provide customer service in premium lounges, handle meet-and-greet duties, buffet setups, and basic system transactions.

  • Communicate professionally with passengers and team members, delivering a warm and efficient service experience.

Job Requirements:

  • Able to work in rotating shifts and weekends.

  • Able to communicate effectively with international passengers, with strong communication and customer interaction skills.

  • Pleasant with a cheerful disposition and good interpersonal skills

  • Team player in a fast-faced environment.

  • Independent and able to multi-task

  • Able to priorities tasks effectively to ensure most important tasks are completed on time.
