Key Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, accurate service for order processing via hotline, email, and sales orders
• Coordinate with delivery teams on urgent/special requests, ensuring timely completion
• Ensure compliance with procedures for restricted sales items and price approvals
• Liaise with customers, principals, warehouse, and delivery teams to manage order and delivery flow
• Investigate and resolve customer issues or escalate appropriately
• Offer administrative support, including filing, data entry, and documentation as needed

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
