• Position: Customer Service Advisor (Car Workshop Experienced) - Sin Ming Dr

• Location: Sin Ming Drive

• Working hours: 5.5 Days Monday - Friday 9am - 6pm, Saturday 9am – 2pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $3000 + AWS + Performance Bonus + 14 Days Annual Leave

Main Responsibilities:

• Attending to customer enquiries on car servicing and repairs.

• Preparing quotations, ordering of parts, and billing.

• Coordinating with the technical team for servicing, repairs, and turnaround time.

• Managing customers' expectations and ensuring cars are ready for collection within the appointed time.

• Handling car accident reporting and communicating with insurance companies/surveyors for claims.

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Car workshop experience required, minimum 2 years.

• Accident claims experience is a plus.

• Minimum N Levels or equivalent.

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to converse with Mandarin-speaking associates.
