A leading company in the automotive sector is seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This role involves helping customers with their vehicle concerns, managing communication between them and the workshop, and ensuring excellent service delivery. Candidates should have a friendly attitude, problem-solving skills, and an interest in vehicles, with training provided for any prior experience. Possession of a Class 3 driving license is an advantage.

Job Responsibilities:
Assist customers by understanding their vehicle concerns and recommending suitable service or repair solutions
Act as the key liaison between customers and the workshop to ensure clear and responsive communication
Keep customers updated on job progress and repair timelines
Handle daily intake of cars for servicing and manage service scheduling
Deliver a positive customer experience from check-in to vehicle collection
Support the workshop team by aligning service expectations with actual job progress
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
Basic vehicle knowledge is preferable but not mandatory; training will be provided
Friendly, proactive team player with a willingness to learn
Self-driven with a strong sense of responsibility and service excellence
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license is an advantage
