An established industry player is seeking a dedicated Customer Service Coordinator to manage customer complaints and service requests. 1. Handling of customers complaints and issues
2. Provide quotations for all service repair works
3. Monitor the progress of repair/service and keep customers updated on the repair service issues
4. Liaise with Service operation/technicians for all repair/customer service issues
5. Liaise with suppliers for parts purchases and assist in inventory of spare parts
6. Assist Operation Manager in all service related matters, including the planning and allocation of service resources
7. Coordinate with customers for technical issues to meet customer technical requirements
