About the role

This is a full-time Customer Service Adviser role based in Macpherson, Central Region. As the Customer Service Adviser, you will be an integral part of the team. In this position, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Provide excellent after-sales support and address service bookings, inquiries, and complaints.

  • Discuss vehicle needs with customers, create detailed quotes, and keep them updated on their service status.

  • Input service transactions, generate reports as needed, and manage payments and customer feedback.

  • Build trust with customers, recommend suitable services, and follow up on job completion and feedback.

Requirements:

  • Have at least a GCE O Level or NITEC/Diploma in Automotive Technology, and experience in scheduling repairs and planning resources.

  • Basic Knowledge of car components and repair estimates, solve problems effectively, and know the motor insurance claim process.

  • Customer-focused, proactive, organized, detail-oriented. Strong communication and administrative skills.

  • Able to work on 5.5 days work week

  • Hold a valid Class 3 driving license.
