Job Title: Customer Service & Admin Officer

Location: Pandan Road, Singapore

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM

(5.5-day work week)

Job Description:

We are looking for a proactive and customer-oriented Customer Service & Admin Officer to join our team at our automotive service centre. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring excellent customer experience and smooth administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Attend to walk-in and phone enquiries in a professional and friendly manner

Call customers to schedule routine vehicle maintenance and service appointments

Coordinate and arrange daily service schedules to maximise time slot utilisation

Liaise with service and workshop teams to ensure accurate and timely communication

Maintain and update customer records and appointment logs

Handle general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and documentation

Provide support in daily office operations and customer follow-ups

Assist in other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level or equivalent; relevant admin or customer service experience is a plus

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Confident in making outbound calls and speaking with customers

Well-organised with good time management and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic computer systems

Positive attitude and team player

Able to work independently and handle multiple tasks efficiently.
