Customer Service Admin

Work Hour : Mon- Fri 9AM - 6PM , Sat: 9AM - 1PM

Starting Salary: $2600 +Comission= Up to $2800

Location : Paya Lebar Rd

Job Scope
  • Manage incoming calls, inquiries, and record case information
  • Assist walk in customer enquires
  • Handles complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives with the time limit and following up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process, documentation, and update customer’s cases
  • Support frontline staff on administrative duties
  • Assist in ad-hoc administrative duties
Requirement

Any admin / customer service / retail sales experience can apply
