Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

  • Professionally handle incoming calls, providing prompt and courteous assistance to customers.
  • Respond to orders and inquiries via email and WhatsApp in a timely manner.
  • Process customer orders from Shopee, Lazada, and the company’s e-store using the ERP system.
  • Address customer inquiries and complaints, offering appropriate solutions within the required timeframe and ensuring follow-ups for resolution.
  • Assist colleagues in verifying Delivery Orders (DOs) and invoices for accuracy before processing.
  • Maintain organized and up-to-date filing of documents.
  • Effectively manage multiple tasks, prioritize workload and optimize time management.
