Job description

Sports Schooling is looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service & Admin Executive to join our growing team.

If you're someone who enjoys supporting families, working with children’s programmes, and ensuring operations run smoothly, we'd love to hear from you.

Location: Multiple locations (fixed site rotation)


Working Hours:

Mon, Wed, Thu & Fri: 10am - 7pm

Sat or Sun: 7.30am - 6pm (with 2.5hr lunch break)

Off days: Tue & Sun

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and assist parents, students, and coaches on-site with enquiries and operational needs
  • Mark attendance and help manage class operations and scheduling changes
  • Respond to emails, messages, and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
  • Assist with trial class bookings, registration, make-up class requests, and payments
  • Monitor and maintain inventory of office supplies, pantry items, merchandise, and first aid across all locations
  • Coordinate procurement, delivery, storage, and distribution of items as needed
  • Ensure the reception/front desk area is clean, presentable, and welcoming
  • Support the implementation of safety protocols and compliance at venues
  • Handle programme-related communications (e.g., registration, payment follow-ups, memos before/after camps)
  • Help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of swim programmes and seasonal camps

Requirements:
  • Prior experience in customer service and/or administrative support
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Able to multitask and remain calm under pressure
  • Organised, reliable, and able to work independently
  • Comfortable working with families and children
  • Familiarity with basic office software (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office)
  • Willingness to work weekday evenings and weekends
