Working Hours: 5 days/week ( include weekends)

Key Responsibilities:
Customer Service & Administration:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for inquiries via phone, email, and walk-ins.
  • Handle student registrations, scheduling, and class coordination.
  • Manage basic administrative tasks including attendance, payments, and data entry.
  • Maintain a tidy, organized reception and learning environment.
  • Support marketing activities such as open houses/trial classes/road shows
Robotics Instruction:
  • Conduct hands-on robotics/STEM classes for children aged [5–12] in a fun and engaging way.
  • Guide students in building and programming robots using platforms, Scratch-based programming/code card programming (training provided).
  • Prepare teaching materials, kits, and class content.
  • Foster a safe and supportive classroom environment.
  • Track student progress and communicate with parents.
