Job Description
Explain the programme details to parents and answer telephone enquiries and emails.
Guide parents in registration process.
Communicate and coordinate with parents with prompt follow-up for all enquiries.
Maintain and update student database.
Follow-up with new sign-ups and potential customers.
Responsible for day-to-day operations of the centre.
Assist teachers in materials and class preparation (e.g., preparing worksheets).
Requirements
Fluent in English and Mandarin (to guide English and Mandarin speaking parents in registration process and to coordinate with them with prompt follow-up for all enquiries).
Possess good communication skills, with a pleasant disposition.
Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures.
Experience working in enrichment or tuition centres is an added advantage.
