    • Sunday: Morning, Afternoon

  • Expected salary: $10 per hour

Job Description

  • Explain the programme details to parents and answer telephone enquiries and emails.
  • Guide parents in registration process.
  • Communicate and coordinate with parents with prompt follow-up for all enquiries.
  • Maintain and update student database.
  • Follow-up with new sign-ups and potential customers.
  • Responsible for day-to-day operations of the centre.
  • Assist teachers in materials and class preparation (e.g., preparing worksheets).

Requirements

  • Fluent in English and Mandarin (to guide English and Mandarin speaking parents in registration process and to coordinate with them with prompt follow-up for all enquiries).
  • Possess good communication skills, with a pleasant disposition.
  • Meticulous and systematic with administrative procedures.
  • Experience working in enrichment or tuition centres is an added advantage.

Working Hours

  • Saturday & Sunday: 8.30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
  • Part Time position.
