Job Description & Responsibilities

• Position: Permanent
• Hours: Retail hours (including weekends)
• Responsible for booking and confirming customers’ appointments via call/message and email.
• Maintain a tidy reception area and greet customers upon arrival, answering enquiries about treatment services.
• Handle transactions and perform other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Willing to work retail hours
• Telemarketing/customer service experience is an advantage
• Target-driven and customer service oriented
• Strong interest in the beauty and grooming industry (Hair Care, Beauty, Slimming)
• Positive, energetic, and eager to learn
