Customer Service $2500 ( up to $4000 / 6 off + All PH off )

Job Description & Responsibilities

Position: Permanent
Hours: Retail hours (weekends included)
• Responsible for booking and confirming customers’ appointments via call/message and email.
• Responsible for maintaining a tidy reception area and greeting customers upon their arrival at the outlet, answering enquiries about treatment services.
• Responsible for processing transactions and other ad hoc duties.

Requirements

• Excellent communication abilities (verbal and written).
• Willing to work retail hours.
• Telemarketing/Customer service-related experience will be an added advantage.
• Target driven and customer service oriented.
• Strong interest in the Beauty grooming industry (Hair Care, Beauty, Slimming).
• Positive, energetic, and willing to learn.
