Job description

Key Duties, Roles & Responsibilities :


The employee’s duties and responsibilities as Customer Service Assistant shall be as the following:

  • Handle shipping and airfreight inquiries from customers and responsible for shipment booking.
  • Responsible for shipment booking, Declaration of import and export Permits, Applying for Form D, C.O. etc. & DG cargoes
  • Coordinates with agents and shippers on shipment arrangement.
  • To monitor shipment and ensure orders are shipped according to shipping requirement.
  • Arrange transportation for local cargo delivery and liaise with warehouse for the packing, stuffing or unstuffing of cargoes.
  • Compile weekly and monthly report.
  • To perform Data Entry, Job Creation, Billing, General Administrative or any Adhoc duties/tasks assigned

Education and Experience

  • GCE ‘N’ or ‘O’ Level
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
  • Knowledge of relevant computer applications and administrative procedures
  • Able to converse in English & Mandarin
