Customer Support Specialist (International Excipients Company)

We are representing a leading multinational pharmaceutical ingredients company, offering a rare opportunity to join a dynamic and fast-growing industry. This role provides broad international exposure, close collaboration with global customers, and strong development potential for candidates looking to build a career in commercial support and customer operations.

The Role:
You will be the key interface between the company and its global B2B clients, ensuring high-quality service delivery across onboarding, customer requests, audits, complaints, and commercial support. You’ll work closely with Sales, Quality, and Finance teams to support customer satisfaction and business growth.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage new customer onboarding and KYC processes.

  • Handle customer sample requests, documentation, and quality-related queries via Salesforce.

  • Support forecasting activities by providing market and customer insights.

  • Coordinate customer audits, agreements, and compliance documentation.

  • Process payments, credit notes, and commissions.

  • Manage customer complaints to ensure timely and satisfactory resolution.

  • Deliver commercial reporting and customer performance analytics.

  • Support debtor management activities with the Finance team.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Business, Commercial, or related).

  • Experience in customer service or commercial support, ideally in international B2B environments.

  • Excellent communication skills in English (written and spoken).

  • Proactive, customer-focused, and solutions-oriented mindset.

  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills.

  • SAP, Salesforce, or BI reporting tool experience is a plus.
