This role involves managing front desk operations, assisting visitors, and ensuring a welcoming environment. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in customer service or a receptionist role. $2200 - $2500 (Depends on Experience) + OT
7.45am – 5.15pm (Mon – Fri) / 7.45am- 11.45am (Alt Sat)
Work Location: MacPherson - walking distance from MRT

Your Role, Your Influence:
Answer phone calls and assist with general inquiries
Greet visitors, check them in, and guide them to specific destination
Handle incoming mail, parcels, and deliveries
Manage petty cash for the front desk and keep track of small transactions
Handle and file monthly reports, ensuring all documents is up-to-date
Keep the reception and customer areas clean
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Min of 2 years of receptionist or customer service experience
Experience with hotel lobby or with flight attendant experience would be an added advantage
