Customer Relationship Manager / Sales Representative (Female Only)

You will be joining a private limited international logistics & freight forwarding company based in Mayur Vihar Phase-1. Our operations span across 52 countries, utilizing sea, air, and road transportation modes. Our company is focused on continual growth through innovation, learning, and collaboration.In your role as a Sales person, you will play a pivotal part in our organization, reporting directly to the Managing Director or equivalent authority. Your main duties will involve effective communication with suppliers/vendors, managing quotes, overseeing orders, and ensuring the smooth execution of transactions.Your responsibilities will include promptly responding to customer inquiries through various channels such as phone, email, or in-person interactions. You will be tasked with detailing our products and services to potential customers, addressing their concerns, and offering suitable solutions. A key aspect of your role will be persuading prospective clients to finalize purchases and maintaining accurate records of all interactions and sales made.To excel in this position, you should possess 1-2 years of sales experience and showcase exceptional verbal and written communication skills. A high level of confidence, along with a persuasive attitude, will be essential for successful performance. Additionally, a strong focus on customer service, the ability to work both independently and as part of a team, are crucial qualities for this role.This is a full-time, permanent position with a day shift schedule.
