Job summary

Borr Drilling is looking for a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to strengthen client relationships and support sales efforts. Job description

Job Summary: A CRM is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and customers, focusing on supporting Sales in acquiring new customers and ensuring a seamless experience post-onboarding. The role aims to enhance customer satisfaction, retention, and loyalty. Customer Relationship Managers ensure customer needs are met and they have a positive and rewarding experience with the organization.

Role Responsibilities
  • Assist Sales team with sales-related admin tasks.
  • Prepare standard price quotations and manage customer data using internal tools.
  • Process orders, changes, and churn requests.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to follow up on order processing and service delivery, updating Sales and Customers accordingly.
  • Verify information by accessing internal system tools.
  • Address billing issues and account receivables by working with the finance team and customers.
  • Support at sales-related customer events.
  • Maintain accurate reports.
  • Participate in customer meetings when necessary.
Skills & Experience
  • 3+ years experience handling customer calls/emails for complaints and inquiries.
  • Fluent in English with strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and excellent active listening skills.
  • Experience in sales support or customer support roles.
  • Basic knowledge of IT services.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Strong coordination skills and ability to listen and gather information.
  • Adaptability and a team-oriented attitude.
Other Preferences
  • Responsible attitude with a customer-oriented mindset.
  • Experience or knowledge in the Telecom industry is a plus.
  • Business-level proficiency in Mandarin is preferable.
  • Proactive, independent, with a can-do attitude.
  • Quick learner.
