A leading staffing company in Singapore seeks a Customer Service Representative to manage enquiries and support customers through various channels. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a minimum of O level education and 2 years of relevant experience. The role requires weekend work and offers a gross monthly salary of up to SGD 3,200.
Responsibilities
Managed enquiries by responding to incoming calls through the hotline and other channels like email
Identify customer requirements and deliver prompt, accurate, and satisfactory responses.
Ensure proper recording of conversation with customer in the call centre system
Engage with all customers in a friendly and helpful manner
Able to work during weekend and perform OT when necessary
Other ad hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors
Requirements
Min O level equivalent with at least 2 years of prior experience in a call center or customer service experience
A team-oriented individual with strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Proficient in written and spoken English and Mandarin (We seek Mandarin-speaking candidates who are required to serve Mandarin-speaking clients)

Tanjong Pagar MRT
5 days work week incl 1 weekend, 8am-530pm/ 830am-6pm
Monthly gross salary up to SGD 3,200 + AWS + VB
