A construction company in Singapore is looking for a Customer Relations Officer to provide administrative support and manage public relations for project teams. The role involves communication with community stakeholders, resolving complaints, and handling project documentation. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and have experience in administrative duties.
Customer Relations Officer provides administration support to project team and handles project public relation issues. The Customer Relations Officer serves as primary contact point of information flow between Head Office and Project site.
CRO duties include maintaining relationship and communicating project activities to project site neighbourhood, and attending and resolving complaints from external parties. He / She acts as project document controller and perform administrative duties include filing, sorting, printing, circulation, storage of some project documents (correspondences), and handling of all incoming telephone calls.
