About the role

We are looking for a dedicated and service-oriented individual to join our team as a Customer Relations Officer. If you have a passion for property management and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we welcome you to apply.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or equivalent qualification

  • At least 2 years of relevant experience in property management or involvement in TOP (Temporary Occupation Permit) projects

  • Strong customer service mindset with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and general IT tools

  • Meticulous and detail-oriented with strong multitasking abilities

  • Able to work independently and manage day-to-day operations effectively

  • Candidates with backgrounds in Hospitality, Tourism, or Hotel Management are highly encouraged to apply

  • Immediate availability or short notice preferred
