Work closely and provide support to the A&P team by assisting in the day-to-day administrative work and manage the Customer Service Counter, ensuring that it is well organized.
Guide shoppers through West Mall Rewards app download and installation.
Provide hands-on support for shoppers during campaign redemptions.
Work closely with the customer service team and assist in the execution of the mall’s promotion and redemption programs and member redemptions.
Handle shoppers’/ tenants’ feedback and enquiries and provide necessary assistance promptly and resolution of complaints in a tactful and professional manner.
Assist social media winners, verify eligibility, maintain records, and manage inventory with precision.
Support on-ground campaigns and events, ensuring smooth operations.
Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by Senior Manager / Senior Executive, A&P.
Job Requirements
Minimum 'N' / 'O' / 'A' / Diploma level holder.
At least 1 year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality or related industry.
Cheerful personality and passionate about customer service.
Good leadership and people management skills, and able to work independently.
Good command of the English Language, both written and spoken.
