A leading company in Singapore is looking for a customer service representative to manage daily operations at an information counter in Marina Square. This role involves engaging with customers, assisting with promotions, and handling feedback. Candidates should have a passion for customer service, enjoy working in a dynamic environment, and be able to commit to shift work.

Responsibilities:
Responsible for daily operations of the information counter, attend to customers enquires and assist with shopping mall’s promotions and redemptions.
Handle face to face and phone calls feedbacks.
Raise work order whenever tenants request for technical assistance.
Handle daily redemption and settlement of Marina Square Gift Voucher (MSGV) for credit cards reward program.
Perform mall gift vouchers sales transaction and responsible for reconciliation of daily sales takings.
Requirements:
Minimum ‘N’ / ‘O’ / ‘A’ / Diploma level holder.
1 year experience in frontline customer service or hospitality industry preferred.
Good oral and written communications skills.
Passion for customer service and possess good customer handing skills.
Pleasant and friendly personality.
Able to work shifts, weekends, and Public Holidays.
Shift work hours:
Morning: 9.30am to 7pm
Afternoon: 12.30pm to 10pm
5-day work week, 3 weeks shift pattern
Budget: $2000 to $2,350 (depending on experience)
Allowance: Laundry - $40, Mobile - $20, Shift Allowance – Morning shift - $5 / Afternoon shift - $7
