RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage enquiries and feedback of our customers through email and telephone calls
  • Send reports and SMS reminders to patients
  • Perform service recovery
  • Booking of OGD & Coloscopy appointments
  • Do triage (temperature checking)
  • Generate sales lead by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services (upselling)
  • Manage end-to-end workflow with retailers: order management and fulfilment operations.
  • Support other operation initiatives and administrative matters such as purchasing processes.
  • Manage and uphold the customer relations quality of our staff
  • Provide admin support to Sales & Marketing Executive
  • Telemarketing duties
  • Support service-related initiatives or projects to enhance customer experience
  • Other duties as assigned by supervisor

REQUIREMENTS

  • Min. GCE ‘N’ Level with at least 1 year of working experience in Customer Service or Sales operations
  • Approachable and friendly- enjoy communicating with people from all walks of life and have great interpersonal skills
  • Ability to understand and resolve first level enquiries/ complaints in a professional and time manner
  • Good customer service and communication skills and ability to work independently and a team player
  • Proficient in MS words, excel
  • Able to effectively communicate with Chinese-speaking patients. Proficiency in Chinese is essential.
