Job Description

  1. Provide customer service and attend to our product inquiries at showroom

  2. Knowledge of showroom developments & design

  3. Maintain CRM System

  4. Provide live chat customer service support

  5. Follow up on sales enquiries provided by the company

  6. Face to face presentation of our product samples to customers

  7. Understand customers’ requirements to negotiate on price and other details to ensure a high closing rate

  8. Provide after-sales service such as managing orders, requesting required samples from customers, working with internal team for visuals/mock-up samples, updating customers on delivery, and handling any rectification of quality issues

  9. Maintain good relationships with potential and existing customers

  10. Sales order processing & scheduling, preparing quotations and reports

  11. Coordinate & support sales team

  12. Coordinate with store on inventory

  13. Any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor/manager from time to time.

Job Requirements

  1. Good communication skills.

  2. GCE 'O' level/ diploma or its equivalent

  3. Minimum 1-year work experience.

  4. Training to be provided

  5. Pleasant personality, well-groomed, and a team player.

  6. Extremely self-motivated, result-oriented, and proactive.

Job Highlights

  2. 5 days work week rotating shift – less than 44hrs work week (must commit to Sat/Sun)
