Main Duties, Roles, and Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service to Incoming Customers
  2. Pre-treatment Interaction
  • Greet customers by name
  • Engage in small talk and inquire about the customer's well-being
  • Offer tea, coffee, or water
  • Present details about upcoming services or treatments
  • Post-treatment Interaction
    • Ask for customer satisfaction feedback
    • Discuss and align on future treatment plans, providing details and answers as needed
  • Schedule Management
    • Check and update daily treatment schedules
    • Ensure staff awareness and availability
    • Set future schedules in the system and communicate with customers
  • Data Entry and Documentation
    • Insert sales data, invoices, customer details, and treatment plans
    • Issue invoices and sign customers on Purchase Agreements (PA)
    • Provide relevant documents to customers
  • Facility and Inventory Management
    • Maintain shop cleanliness and equipment readiness
    • Manage cashier operations, ensuring balance and proper handover
    • Oversee inventory receipt, dispatch, and accurate system registration
  • Compliance and Staff Support
    • Ensure SOP adherence by staff
    • Report deviations and policy violations to the Customer Experience Manager
    • Assist in onboarding new staff with SOPs and customer service guidelines
  • Other Tasks
    • Perform additional duties as required by the Customer Experience Manager

    Professional Experience

    • Minimum 2 years in a similar customer service or relations role
    • Experience in the skincare or wellness industry preferred

    Language Skills

    • Proficient in English and Mandarin for effective communication with clients
