Job summary

IHH Healthcare is seeking a Customer Relations Executive to lead a team of Customer Relations Officers and uphold high service standards. The role involves handling customer complaints, overseeing administrative tasks, and ensuring a positive experience for both patients and staff. This position requires leadership experience in the service industry, a pleasant personality, and excellent customer service skills.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent in any discipline required.
  • At least 3 years of leadership experience in the service industry preferred.
  • Bilingual preferred; passion for service excellence.

  • Supervise Customer Relations Officers and perform customer service duties.
  • Handle escalated complaints and administrative duties.
  • Meet and assist VIP patients and conduct hospital tours.

Job description

The role: The Customer Relations Executive will be supervising the team of Customer Relations Officers and performs customer service duties upholding our hospital’s standards.
Job Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the managers in leading and overseeing the Front Office team

  • Handle escalated complaints and provides advise and service recovery

  • Handle administrative duties such as contract renewals and rosters for team

  • Meet and Assist VIP patients

  • Perform ward visitation and maintain records

  • Conduct Hospital and maternity tours

  • Prepare/conduct roll calls or meetings

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the HOD

Job Requirements:

  • Diploma or equivalent in any discipline

  • Preferably with at least 3 years of leadership experience in service industry

  • Bilingual - added advantage

  • Pleasant personality with a passion for service excellence

  • Good telephone etiquette and customer service skills

  • Friendly personality and good listening skills

Working Hours:

  • 8 am to 6 pm

  • 5-day work week, maximum 42 hours

  • One Saturday a month to support weekends and Public Holidays when necessary
