A leading education platform in Southeast Asia seeks a customer service specialist to deliver exceptional service at their centers across Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a diploma and a customer-service-oriented attitude, supporting a dynamic and diverse clientele. This role offers a monthly salary ranging from SGD 3,000 to SGD 3,800 and requires handling customer inquiries at both the hotline and front desk.

Responsibilities:
Deliver professional customer service to hotline calls and front desk walk-ins.
Be the first point of touch with customers.
Handle and resolving customers enquires and feedbacks.
Ensure that complaints are monitored and resolved.
Able to handle emergency situations/complains appropriately should the situation arises.
Requirements:
Diploma in all disciplines of study.
Candidates with experience in retail/hotel/tourism industry encouraged to apply.

Good communication skills and customer service orientated attitude
Salary: $3,000 - $3,800
Working location: Centers island wide available (Will place you to a centre nearest to your home.)
Working hours: 5 days work week (3 weekdays + 2 weekend)
