A leading construction company in Singapore is seeking an administrative assistant for their HDB Home Improvement Programme. This role involves managing resident feedback, liaising with suppliers, and assisting the Project Manager with various tasks. We are a construction company involved in various projects, including the HDB Home Improvement Programme, particularly for residents in older flats. The work site will be located at Woodland.
Job responsibilities include:
There will be a team of three working at the information centre: 1 PRO and 2 APRO. The PRO will guide you through all procedures.
Working hours are either from 8:30 am to 5:30 pm or 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, with alternate Saturdays off.
