Job summary

Bombardier Transportation GmbH in Singapore seeks an experienced project manager to coordinate aircraft heavy and line maintenance, manage customer communications, prepare quotes and preliminary invoices, and support on-time delivery.

You will develop and maintain the project schedule, lead status meetings, monitor budget and workflow, ensure compliance with local regulations and quality manuals, and drive continuous improvement. Hybrid work options are available where applicable.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in aircraft heavy/line maintenance.
• Basic knowledge of NAA, EASA and FAR Part 91/121/135/145.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance inspection programs for business jets.

• Perform Project Management duties for multiple aircraft and identify risks.
• Develop and maintain Time Line (Gant chart) and schedule through delivery.
• Monitor workflow to keep work packages on schedule and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with MOE/Repair Station/Quality Manual and site procedures.
• Facilitate status meetings and update daily reports for stakeholders.
• Support RTS after maintenance and produce reports as assigned.
• Review invoices, margins, and warranty negotiations as needed.
• Coordinate with customer regarding site visit activities.

Job description

Customer primary point-of-contact in communication, coordination, and follow-up action such as time/labor/material quotes (DAF approval), preliminary invoices (PPI) generated by planner, give progress updates, get customer approval and debrief on work packages (induction & output meetings), resolution of squawks, and address warranty issues (ODC & Customer Dispute) (SAP).

Perform Project Management duties for multiple aircraft to include identification of potential risks and management of constraints.

Develop Time Line (Gant chart) and maintain schedule (Pivotal) through aircraft delivery and follow-up.

Monitor and oversee work flow to ensure work package is on schedule and within budget. Ensure that work is performed in accordance with Singapore MOE/ Repair Station / Quality Manual, Site Operating Procedures.

Facilitate status meetings with all departments and shops; update daily reports on status of aircraft and report to all relevant stakeholders.

Support the team in returning aircraft to service (RTS) after maintenance.

Produce maintenance and other employee reports as assigned (i.e., IW72/CN41, shortage sheet/zoom, and Autotime).

Review, approve, and sign final customer invoice as needed (ZPRJ) (i.e., review margin analysis, warranty negotiations, and review of service orders (SVOs.

Perform post work package activities (Pivotal), (i.e., customer follow-up calls, resolve customer issues after departure.

Coordinate with customer concerning entertainment during site visit.

Responsible for meeting or exceeding financial objectives on all projects.

Encourage and promote a safe work environment by supervising a safety/security program which includes operation of support equipment, aircraft systems, 5S, general housekeeping and lean process.

Any other adhoc assignment task by management.

Qualifications

• You holdBasic knowledge of applicable local regulation NAA, EASA and Federal Aviation Regulations, for example, part 91, 121, 135 & 145
• You haveBasic knowledge of aircraft maintenance inspection programs for business jet aircraft
• You haveinterpersonal skills necessary to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, other business areas and governmental agencies
