A leading company in the medical devices sector seeks a Customer Service Executive to enhance order management processes. This role involves coordinating with internal teams to ensure accurate order processing and exceptional service delivery to clients. What You’ll DoAs a Customer Service Executive, you will be the cornerstone of our order management process, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and exceptional service delivery to both internal teams and external clients. You’ll coordinate closely with Sales, Finance, Procurement, and Warehouse teams to support timely and accurate processing of orders and shipments.
Responsibilities:Verify Purchase Order pricing and enter Sales Orders into SAP or Oracle systems
Process, track, and monitor customer orders with precision and attention to detail
Monitor and manage daily order backlog status
Liaise closely with Customer Service, Procurement, and Warehouse teams for real-time shipment updates
Maintain strong coordination with inbound/outbound teams to manage and exceed customer expectations
Work collaboratively with the Finance team to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
Provide prompt and professional responses to customer phone calls and email inquiries
Collaborate with the Sales team to foster long-term customer relationships and enhance satisfaction
Continuously contribute to improving internal processes and customer service delivery
A tertiary qualification in Business, Supply Chain, or related discipline
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in order management or customer service, preferably in the medical device industry
Proficiency in SAP or Oracle for order entry, pricing verification, and order processing
Experience managing order fulfillment, shipment tracking, and logistics coordination
Excellent communication skills—both verbal and written
A customer-first mindset and strong relationship-building skills
High attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
